SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a legal agreement between you and Peter Wiseman/Digital Smoke covering your use of FreePlaySolitaire. BY USING THIS SOFTWARE YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE AND DESTROY ALL COPIES IN YOUR POSSESSION.

DISTRIBUTION

FreePlaySolitaire is, surprise, surprise free ! You are encouraged to give copies of this software to as many people as possible and spread the word about this great game.

VENDORS

Magazine Cover Disc Vendors and Shareware Distributors may charge a nominal fee for distribution of this version of FreePlaySolitaire which must not exceed the reasonable cost of duplication and materials. FreePlaySolitaire must not be sold for profit !
COPYRIGHT

All FreePlaySolitaire Intellectual Property Rights, code, graphics, web design and everything related are owned by Peter Wiseman / Digital Smoke and are protected by Copyright Laws and international treaty provisions. You must treat this software like any other copyrighted material (e.g. a book or musical recording). You may not rent, lease modify, translate, disassemble, de-compile, reverse engineer or create derivative works based upon this software or use the graphics for your own purposes.
LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

This software and accompanying written materials (including instructions for use) are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Further, the author does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use, or the results of use, of the software or written materials in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, current-ness, or otherwise. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the software is assumed by you. If the software or written materials are defective, you, and not the author or his dealers, distributors, agents, or employees, assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
